Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at our physical STORE or WEBSITE operated by [AFRITROPIC FARMING AND AGRO SERVICES LTD].

We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds Policy gives you 30 days to return or exchange a product purchased from us with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 working days of your after return of purchase.

After the 30 days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first 3 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped or picked up with the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or refused.

If your request is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card/account with us or original payment method within 14 working days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

In some cases, only partial refunds or exchange are granted (if applicable):

  • Products with obvious signs of use; grocery items used to cook will receive 50% refund or replacement.
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, no refund or replacement
  • Any product returned more than 7 days after delivery no refund. Excluding perishables which must be returned immediately
  • Previously exchanged products.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items

We do not offer refunds for final sale items unless they are defective.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] and send your product to: DELTA AGRIC MALL, PLOT 130 OKPANAM ROAD, ASABA.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the following address: [email protected] with your contact details and the reason for your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product unless the product is defective or damage. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping a product over 20,000 naira, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Customers should confirm specification and availability of goods before payment is made. Payment should be made after invoice is issued. If payment is made for an item that is unavailable without confirmation, it’s at the company’s discretion to refund, you may have to pick another item worththat amount.
