- For seed returns, packs must be unopened and unused.
- We are not liable for poor seed performance due to poor storage, bad agronomic practices, or lack of training.
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days after product inspection.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
- Agro-dealers must ensure seeds are stored properly to maintain quality before selling to farmers.
- Farmers are encouraged to seek agronomist support for best results.
